In this day and age there are so many different types of send off to choose from, it can seem quite overwhelming to know which is the right decision. There is however no right or wrong way to be able to plan a ceremony but often one of your first planning decisions will be whether to opt for a religious or a non-religious ceremony. Many people are still unaware that you don’t always have to have a religious ceremony.
Many people are still unaware that you don;’t always have to have religious ceremonyand that there are other options which is where you may opt to use the services of a Celebrant rather than a Minister. However, as a Celebrant rather than a Humanist, it does give me the option to include religious content during the ceremony such as prayers, readings and hymns or I can conduct a completely non-religious ceremony for you.
My commitment to you is to help and support you through this process, at one of the most difficult times in your lives, with empathy and understanding, ensuring that the end result is a ceremony that remembers your loved one in a way that you are happy with, as losing a loved one is always a tragedy but remembering all the joy that person brought to your life, can sometimes help ease the pain of loss.
